Call them and ask. I've had a problem caused by them wrongly entering my personal data.

Anyone having troubles with Barclays online banking today? I can neither log in with PIN sentry nor manually. Error msg saying service is unavailable or i've used the 'back' browser button (which I didn't!).

Their systems are obviously having problems.
It finally just let me log in, but then presented me with this when I tried to do anything.
Sorry - we have had to log you out of Online Banking because you did not use the service for more than 10 minutes. Please enter your membership number below, and select the 'next' button to log in again.
I was inactive for about 10 seconds (if that), not 10 mins, so clearly something wrong with the site.
There were meant to be changing the log-in procedure for a big group of people soon, so perhaps that behind the scene work has unintentionally resulted in these problems?

OK. At least one result from a quick Google.
----> Barclays customers unable to log into online bank accounts
Barclays has confirmed some customers are unable to log into online bank accounts and are experiencing slow response times.
Customers encountered extended response times using Barclays' internet banking service for the past two days.
Some customers are now unable to log in to online accounts at all.
A spokesman confirmed the problems are affecting a segment of customers: "Some can log in to online banking, some are experiencing slow response times while others are unable to log in at all."
The spokesman added that the root cause of the problem is yet to be identified.
"We advise customers to try again later or use the telephony services until the service is back to normal. We hope to have the service back-up as soon as possible," he said.
Customers complained on social media platforms, such as Twitter, about being unable to log in, being kicked out and unable to pay bills on pay day.
One user tweeted, "Barclays has the most frustrating and impossible online banking service imaginable. Fix it - other banks manage to at least let me log in."
Another user said, "Why won't Barclays online banking work? It keeps saying I have been logged in for 10 minutes when it's been about 10 seconds."

I was going to transfer my sons pocket money to his bank and couldn't make pinsentry work, but there was a message saying it was going down for maintainance.
