“Ordered to go and the service was amazing. People there are about as friendly as can be, the food. Now that's something special. Ordered the Open faced roast beef. And dear lord, I've eaten at tons of places. ordered a ton of open faced roast beefs. This, this is everything it should be, incredibly rich gravy, the roast beef melts in your mouth. the mashed potatoes are silky and fluffy. The bread is top notch. Everything was amazing. Little lady had corned beef hash and eggs. The corned beef hash was full of flavor and just brilliant. The scrambled eggs were so fluffy the clouds are jealous. If you come to freeport, and you don't have at least one meal here. You seriously missed out.”

“I would like to leave a wonderful review about the waitress that waited on us when we there. Our service was absolutely wonderful and she was very attentive and friendly and provided the best service I’ve ever had in the Freeport area! Our waitress’s name was Cristal and I felt I had to leave a review because she was absolutely wonderful and had a great personality and was super friendly, not to mention our drinks were kept full and she came and checked on us attentively, The food tasted great and we were very pleased with our experience, we will be coming back to enjoy the great food and even better service, and hope to get the same exceptional service and waitress on our next visit. I would definitely recommend coming to Imperial Palace Freeport.”

“Definitely one of the best places to get some amazing cookies!!! The staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful as they let me send in a last minute 4 dozen cookie order before the 4th of July and their break/time off (for a birthday party on the 7th). The cookies stayed fresh and tasted phenomenal even 4 days after I got them! I felt like a jerk ordering so many cookies last minute and they didn’t seem to mind at all and were more than happy to help! Thank you guys so much!!! If you haven’t tried them already the sour cream cookies are to die for! 20/10 recommend!!!!”

“First visit was for breakfast based on a family recommendation. We had pancakes, Swedish pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, sausage patties and sausage links. Service was friendly, food came out quick and was great. Can't comment on their lunch or dinner items but breakfast was spot on and prices are reasonable.”

“Took food home, had heard about they're pork tenderloin's so that's what we all got..up graded to onion rings which was a little pricey at $3.00 more, did have menu and couldn't find an online, waitress that answered was very kind and patient with all my questions. We'd eat there again, probably something else on the menu.”

“After the lunch stampede (~1:30p.m.), we came thru the drive thru and it was quick service. The turtle sundaes were delicious as was the food (buffalo chicken syrups and cheese curds). Everything was yummy!!”

“We were the only customers the entire time we were there (couple hour span). Other than that being a little weird we had a pleasant experience. It was nice to try a couple locally made beers, shoot pool, and have some waffle fries, which were cooked well. Bar and bathrooms were very clean and the bartender was attentive.”

“Great food unfortunately the person answering phones for takeout or delivery makes it nearly impossible to get what you want. I have special needs. I usually pay over phone plus tip, have delivery ring bell and leave order. It takes me awhile to get to door. The person taking orders today wants to fight about it lol. I've moved on to a more compassionate restaurant!”

“Not only is Joe's in my opinion the best pizza in town, but their service is incredible. ESPECIALLY for delivery. We ordered tonight, and when our delivery driver got here he informed me that they forgot our 2 liter of root beer, but he stopped at a store and bought us one. I have never had a delivery experience so positive. Thank you again Mr Delivery Driver for everything!!!”

“I don't really leave reviews, but I was really appreciate of their customer service here today!! They were all so sweet because I decided to order a particular drink a but different than normal but I ended up not liking it, so three different members all went out of their way to help me adjust it/check to make sure it tasted okay after helping me. It's little things like this that I just find so nice and it was such a lovely experience. It makes me miss when I used to be a barista too. Anyways, 10/10, very lovely people working today <3”

“Had the pleasure of trying the catering for our son's graduation party. Italian beef sandwiches w/fixings, Mostaccioli and chips. Incredibly delicious and our guests raved about it. Amazing flavor and tender beef. Didn't have to worry about running out of food or keeping it warm. We highly recommend for large party planning!!”
